Insert Mould
"Insert Mould" (also known as "Insert Injection Molding") is an injection molding technique used to embed inserts of metal or other materials into plastic articles during the injection molding process. This technology can combine parts of different materials in a single process to achieve multifunctional or composite performance. The manufacturing process of the Insert Mold injection mold is similar to the conventional injection mold manufacturing process, but the position and fixing method of the insert need to be considered additionally.
