Automobile cylinder cover mold is one of our customer's customized cases of Auto Interior parts. 

In the process of mold making, the mold steel was made by S136 steel with a hardness of HRC 48 - 52, and the service lifespan of this mold can reach 500,000 shots or more. The Gate way used hot runner system into cold runner side gate. A slider is designed on the mold structure, and another 10 aluminum alloys need to cooperate with the insert mold technology to meet the production requirements of the product. 

In injection molding production, we used PA6+30%GF material, the molding temperature of the mold needs to reach about 100°C, and the surface finish is texture. Our texture is mature, high-quality, and the appearance of the texture is very uniform. At the same time, the aluminum alloy inserts are also well protected inside the mold, which will not crush the aluminum alloy inserts, and there will be no flash.
