This molds are strategically devised to fulfill the requisites of large-scale bottle cap manufacturing, leading to the creation of molds characterized by a meticulously crafted 1*8 cavity layout complemented by an innovative cold runner system. Constructed using the robust S136 mold steel for mold making, the mold exhibit a longevity mold life of sustaining to 500,000 shots or even surpassing that mark. The mold cavity's surface finish is thoughtfully textured, an intentional choice aimed at enhancing the friction of the resulting bottle cap product and aligning seamlessly with desired performance benchmarks.It's worth noting that the bottle cap's requirements for hardness remain moderate, so PP plastic material is used during our injection molding production process. This material selection not only ensures the production of superior bottle caps but also effectively addresses the prerequisites for both performance and aesthetic considerations.
