TPU's resistance to abrasion and oils ensures that the phone case remains looking clean and new over time. We used high-quality mold insert steel H13, the hardness of which can reach HRC48-52, and the mold life can reach 500,000-1,000,000 shots when the mold is properly maintained. The mold cavity is 1*1, the surface finish of the cavity is VDI24. TPU phone case molds are instrumental in the production of flexible, protective, and visually appealing phone cases.
