High Quality Satellite Navigation Housing Mold

This is a high quality satellite navigation housing mold designed and produced by our company. The PC Lexan housing mold is a specialized tool used in the injection molding process to manufacture housings, enclosures, or protective covers using PC Lexan material.  PC (Polycarbonate) is a thermoplastic known for its excellent mechanical, optical, and thermal properties, while Lexan is a brand of PC known for its high impact resistance and clarity. We used high-quality mold insert steel H13, the hardness of which can reach HRC48-52, and the mold life can reach 500,000-1,000,000 shots when the mold is properly maintained. The mold cavity is 1*1, the surface finish of the cavity is YS20043. PC Lexan housing molds are instrumental in the production of high-quality, impact-resistant, and visually clear housing components.
