Product DescriptionThis is an Pipe Fittings Mould and also an Unscrewing Mould. We are experienced of unscrewing molds making. injection molding enables the production of internal threaded molds with precise dimensions and consistent thread profiles, ensuring excellent mating with corresponding components. The mold is made of high-quality mold insert steel H13 and the hardness of the steel reaches HRC48-52, the life of the mold can exceed 500,000 shots or more when the mold is well maintained. The material of the product is PA6 + 30% GF. PA6+30%GF offers enhanced mechanical properties, including increased strength and stiffness due to the addition of glass fiber reinforcement. This results in internal threaded molds capable of withstanding higher loads and pressures. The surface finish is textured, which required no flash and sink marks.
