Our company is mainly engaged in Medical Inspection Part Mould mold making and injection molding, including reusable PPSU gastroscope handle. The handle is a commonly used external part of medical surgical instruments. On the one hand, it has to bear a certain pressure, has high requirements for strength, and must be reused, so repeated high-temperature sterilization is required. PPSU Material can meet 380~400° high-temperature and high-pressure repeated sterilization , meeting the functional requirements. Combined with the mold flow analysis and the physical properties of the material, when designing the mold, the moving parts of the slider should be set with reasonable tolerances and fit clearances on the basis of considering the coefficient of thermal expansion. Ensure the tolerance size requirements of the mold and production stability. Through the combination of scientific mold trial method and mold flow analysis, the optimal production process can be controlled to make high-quality products for customers.
