PA materials have good flow properties and are relatively easy to mold, allowing for intricate and detailed designs in outdoor accessory molds. Different grades of PA materials are available with varying properties, including enhanced heat resistance, flame retardancy, and specific performance characteristics tailored to outdoor applications. 
We used high-quality mold insert steel H13, the hardness of which can reach HRC48-52, and the mold life can reach 500,000-1,000,000 shots when the mold is properly maintained. The mold cavity is 1*1, the surface finish of the cavity is SPI-B2. PA material molds used for outdoor accessories take advantage of the material's durability, weather resistance, dimensional stability, and ease of processing.
