TPE Over Mold Housing Mold

This is an TPE Over Mold Housing Mold and also an Over Mould.  In the mold processing process, the mold insert steel uses S136 steel with a hardness of HRC48 - 52, and the mold life of the steel can reach 500,000shots or more. The runner is cold runner. In injection molding production, we use TPE Shore 50 material, the material has high transparency, high resilience, environmental protection, non-toxic, high flexibility, and excellent hand feeling. The molding temperature of the mold about 160°C-200°C.  The surface finish of the cavity is texture, Our texture is mature, high-quality, and the appearance of the texture is very uniform.
