Product DescriptionThis product is PC Core with TPU Overmolding For Aero Hand Rest. The injection molding product material is TPU. The combination of a PC core with TPU over-molding results in a durable and robust mold. Polycarbonate provides structural strength, while TPU enhances the mold's resistance to wear and tear. To meet the customer's product practicality and appearance requirements, the surface finish of the cavity is texture. The mold is made of high-quality mold insert steel S136 and the hardness of the steel reaches HRC48-52, the life of the mold can exceed 500,000 shots or more when the mold is well maintained. The product requires high precision and no flash. PC is known for its excellent impact resistance, making it well-suited for the core of the mold. This ensures that the mold can withstand the forces and pressures exerted during the injection molding process.
