Product DescriptionWe have extensive expertise in mold making for PEEK Mould. Due to the good heat resistance of PEEK Material, the temperature span during injection molding usually needs to be between 320°C and 390°C. The temperature requirements of PEEK molds are also relatively high, often between 140 °C and 180 °C. The mold steel we chose S136 as the main mold making material, and the hardness level is HRC48-52, which ensures a solid performance. The mold configuration adopts a 1*1 cavity layout, and the products injection molded through the mold after careful texture are very delicate and without any flashes.
