PEI molds, used in the injection molding process with this material, offer several advantages that contribute to the production of high-quality. 

We used high-quality mold insert steel H13, the hardness of which can reach HRC48-52, and the mold life can reach 500,000-1,000,000 shots when the mold is properly maintained. The mold cavity is 1*1, the surface finish of the cavity is polished. Our polishing technology is stable, the product is glossy and meets the standard.
