The mold is made of high quality mold insert steel H13 and the hardness of the steel reaches HRC48-52, the mold life can reach 500,000 shots or more when the mold is well maintained. The surface finish of the cavity is texture. Our texture is mature, high-quality, and the appearance of the texture is very uniform. The product material uses TPE, and the molding temperature of TPE is 180~200℃. The material is easy to recycle, reduces cost, has stable material performance, reduces environmental pollution, and expands renewable resources. Our overmold technology is proficient, and the overmold part of the finished product fits well with the substrate part. There is no flash, and the edges match without sink marks.
