The incorporation of glass fibers allows the material to achieve higher strength levels while maintaining a relatively low density. In order to meet the customer's product practicality and appearance requirements, the surface finish of the cavity is texture. The mold is made of high quality mold insert steel S136 and the hardness of the steel reaches HRC48-52, the life of the mold can exceed 500,000 shots or more when the mold is well maintained. The product requires high precision and no flash.
