Comprehensive analysis of products before mold design, and send DFM analysis to customers to help our customers optimize their product design. After the customer confirms the DMF, the engineers start the 2D mold design, and then begin the 3D design. Every detail of the mold can be clearly seen in the 3D mold design, which greatly reduces errors and omissions. Mold standard parts are based on DME, HASCO or other standards with equivalent requirements. Every week during the processing, we will update the mold progress and send it to the customer. Mold cores, accessories and samples will be quickly sent to the quality inspection room for a three-dimensional all-round inspection. All key dimensions will be accurately inspected, and the inspection results will be presented to customers in an excel report. After the customer confirms the report, we send samples to them. After the mold quality testing and approved by our customers, we delivery the mold to our customers.
